Club Head Coach and Trainer

• Assists the Club Director in determining the number of teams to field in each           division
• Assists the Club Director in the recruiting, interviewing & hiring of coaches.
• Assists the Club Director in developing coaching goals and objectives.
• Establishes and facilitates content of clinics and tryouts.
• Enforces club philosophy with entire coaching staff
• Primary and first in the chain of command in handling parent/player/coach disputes           and will be the primary interface to the club director for any issue requiring           elevation to the club director.
• Oversees monthly mentoring and training meeting for club coaches.
