Club Treasurer
• Provides updated financial information at all scheduled meetings
• Coordinates with bookkeeper
• Co-signee for all corporate checks
• Charge and custody of funds, including depositing and disbursement of funds
• Perform in general all duties incidental to the office of Treasurer
Bookkeeper

Keeps and maintains adequate and correct accounts of the corporation’s properties and business transactions
• Renders reports and accountings to the Directors, primarily via the Treasurer
• Responsible for working with the CPA annually to file all tax returns
• Coordinates payroll
• This is a paid position
